Lunchtime Theology

Over the past few months Ossory Adult Faith Development has offered in Kilkenny City and Mooncoin Parish an opportunity to engage in some ‘lunchtime theology’.

The hope was that these gathering would allow the participants a few minutes away from our hectic schedules  to reflect on our faith journey as Christians in the world today.  Each of these gatherings were animated by a 20 minutes theological reflection on a particular topic before the participants were encouraged the continue to reflect, question and dialogue on the topic over a bowl of soup and a sandwich.  The venture was well supported with average attendances in the two venues of 40-50 people each week.
